Solo travelers are very welcome to join our tours! We have many solo travelers on our tours!
Children under the age of 9 are not permitted on group tours.
If you have children under the age of 9, we recommend booking a private group tour. Children under the age of 9 participate free of charge on private group tours.
Additionally, those under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in the Girls Bar Hopping Tour.
Group tours are for guests 9 years of age and older; there are no child rates.
Private group tours are free for children 8 and under.

In Japan, the legal drinking age is 20 years or older. Therefore, it is prohibited to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 19. Even if you participate in a tour, we will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 19.

Yes, you can. You can book either a regular tour or a private group tour. if you have a group of 10 or more people,please contact us at our contact form.
The payment may not have gone through, and your tour might not be booked. Please return to the booking page and try again. If the payment has been processed, the email address might have been entered incorrectly. In this case, please contact us through our contact form, and we'll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
After booking, the confirmation email with your name, booking date, time and meeting place will be sent to your email address. If you haven't received it yet, please contact us at our contact form.
We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer pickup or drop-off services.
You can get a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour's starting time. You will also receive a refund if we are unable to provide the tour due to unavoidable circumstances or if the tour is canceled due to inclement weather.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time, there will be no ancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time or after the tour has started, no refund will be given.
Also, if you booked several months in advance, refunds cannot be made via the website. Therefore, if you need to refund by another method, such as PayPal, the amount will be refunded minus the fee.
