- When personal information is obtained directly from an individual in written form, the Company will inform the individual of the Company’s name, the name and contact details of the person responsible for personal information protection, the purpose of use, and other relevant matters, and will collect personal information only within the necessary scope.
- Personal information will be used only within the scope of the purpose of use to which the individual has given consent. To prevent use beyond the intended purpose, the Company will establish and implement appropriate measures and procedures.

- The Company will comply with laws and regulations, government guidelines, and other applicable standards relating to the handling of personal information.

[Requests Regarding Disclosure of Personal Information and Related Matters]
- When the Company receives a request from the individual for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”), the Company will conduct an internal investigation of the relevant personal information and respond without delay.
Please note that, depending on the details of the request, the Company may not be able to comply with certain requests for Disclosure, etc. In such cases, the Company will provide an explanation of the reason.
- To request Disclosure, etc., please submit your request by mail in accordance with the procedures set forth below. Requests may not be accepted if there are any deficiencies or missing information in the request. For requests for disclosure of personal information or notification of the purpose of use, an administrative handling fee of JPY 1,000 per request is required and must be paid by bank transfer. Please contact the inquiry desk for details regarding the bank transfer information.
- Personal information provided through the “Application Form for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.” will be used solely for the purpose of responding to the request and will not be used for any other purpose.
